Seon seems to be a vast area with multiple regions.
Among them, records show that Seon and Empyrean interacted in the White Ocean area.
The “White Cloud Watchers” that inspect airships coming from other areas are said to reside there.
Although formerly welcoming, there is the possibility that they are now more guarded due to having
no interaction for a long period.
This is White Cloud Valley, and that is the White Cloud Lighthouse.
